Lo knows the entire Dirty Dancing soundtrack. He grew up hearing the soundtrack between his mom and his sister – BUT HE HAS NEVER SEEN THE MOVIE!
That is just bizarre to me. When
we were driving to visit my family in NE Ohio last week, Hungry Eye came on the
radio and he totally knew whose song it was (apparently Eric Carmen).
And then this conversation cracked me up:
Me: We absolutely
have to watch Dirty Dancing sometime.
Lo: I don’t want to
see it.
Me: But you have
to - it’s so good. It’s a cult classic!
Lo: Well…..then I don’t
want to be in your cult!
I couldn’t even argue with that.
